Bike Walk Twin Cities, a program of Transit for Livable Communities, has focused not only on expanding bike/ped infrastructure, but also on building the institutional appetite for multimodal transportation and reaching the general public with innovative programs to encourage bicycling and walking as safe, healthy, and affordable ways to get around.
