This project along 14th, 15th and 16th Streets in downtown Minneapolis includes added bicycle lanes and experimental treatments that may help cyclists. Signs, stripes for bike lanes, and bicycle racks are all part of this project.
Forecasters say by 2030 the Twin Cities area will be
home to nearly a million more people than in 2000. Yowza, we better be smart -
more transit-oriented development, more pedestrian and bicycle
facilities, and more courtesy all around.
