The Bike Walk Twin Cities initiative does not currently have any open project solicitations. The following solicitations are historical documents used to solicit projects in previous funding rounds.
A proposal from the University of Minnesota to use Bike Walk Twin Cities funds to build a University Bike Center and RFID (radio-frequency identification) commuter validation system on the University of Minnesota campus.
A proposal from Hennepin County to use Bike Walk Twin Cities funds to install a bike commuter facility in the Hennepin County Government Center in Minneapolis.
A letter from Transit for Livable Communities requesting demonstration innovations toward bicycling/walking mode shift. This letter was issued in November 2008.

who want to drive less, so now I help others connect with people and places
around them through bicycling, walking, and taking transit.
Watch for the first "Bicyclist Use Full Lane" sign on
Marshall Ave in St. Paul. It may look like this. The sign acknowledges how
cyclists can travel more safely on the downhill to the river, and alerts
motorists to give clearance by passing in the left lane. Don't be shy—position your bicycle in the center of the lane and hold your position.
