Counts took place at this location in September of 2007 and 2008 and monthly since February of 2009. Approximately 80 intercept surveys were also conducted on the Riverside Avenue overpass over I-94 and the Franklin Avenue Bridge over the Mississippi River during the fall of 2007. Surveys will be repeated at these loacations in 2010.
