You don't need expensive equipment to start cycling, but there are some things that could make your ride easier.
Before you purchase a new bicycle, take a moment. Think hard. How will you ride your new bike?
Trust us, your bicycle needs to fit your body or you're in for an
uncomfortable ride. Height, weight, and riding style all factor into a
Flat tires and crappy brakes don't make for a great ride...but they're preventable. Check your
bike at the beginning of your ride to avoid mechanical brake-downs (oh,
we're so funny).
