“Baseline” observations of bicycle parking will take place at six locations within Minneapolis, first in May of 2009 (before the racks are installed) and then again in May of 2010. Postcard surveys will also take place in both 2009 and 2010 at neighborhood and commercial locations. The locations include:

• Washburn High School
• Roosevelt High School
• Lyndale/Lake Neighborhood
• Hennepin/Central Neighborhood
• 13th/University Neighborhood
• Broadway/Penn/26th Neighborhood
