14th/15th/16th Street S This project along 14th, 15th and 16th Streets in downtown Minneapolis will include adding bicycle lanes and, where there is not enough space for bike lanes, experimental treatments that may help cyclists. Signs, stripes for bike lanes, and bicycle racks are all part of this project.
