This is a bicycle boulevard project on 22nd Avenue NE. Changes includes reducing the speed limit to 25 mph, "no passing cyclists" signs, special pavement markings for bikers, options to divert traffic, fewer stop signs, speed bumps, and improved crossings for bikers at busy streets.
