In the Community Partners Bike Library, patrons will check out bicycles for six months at a time through one of Sibley Bike Depot's Community Partners. The Bike Library patron will retain control of his or her bike during the six month check-out period. Community Partners will distribute information to potential patrons on program logistics and expectations.Sibley Bike Depot will customize each bicycle to individual patron needs in order to provide a functional, safe, affordable means of transportation.
