This study, completed in 2009, examined bicycle and pedestrian connections to its major transit corridors leading into the City of Minneapolis from adjoining jurisdictions. The report included: base data inventory, bicycle access and environment assessment, pedestrian access and environment assessment, bicycle usage survey, infrastructure needs/gap analysis, infrastructure investment barriers to implementation, and infrastructure investment ranking.
