who do not know, do not understand, or do not follow the rules. Reduce your chances of being in a crash.
Minnesota law requires that you must ride as far to the right as is
practicable. This does not mean as far to the right as possible.
It sounds boring, but the key to safety is riding predictably. Which
means following the rules of the road. In most situations, you'll want
to turn, pass, and change lanes just as you would in your car.
